Daniela Campo, Ph.D. in East-Asian Studies (École Pratique des Hautes Études, 2011), is Associate Professor at the University of Strasbourg. Her research interests include Chinese Buddhist biographies, Dharma lineages, and monastic regulations in Republican and Post-Mao China. She is the author of La construction de la sainteté dans la Chine moderne : la vie du maître bouddhiste Xuyun (Les Belles Lettres, 2013).
