Melissa Ceuterick is affiliated with the Health and Demographic Research group and Ghent Health Psychology Lab. Trained as a cultural anthropologist, she holds a PhD in Medical Biosciences and teaches health sociology. Her research focuses on health and illness, medication use, stigma, and migration, and contributes to interdisciplinary debates within the field of the Health Humanities.
