Riccardo Raffaele Bozano was born in Genoa, a town situated between the sea and the mountains, where you can stay forever or leave coherently with its maritime history. He left.
He lives in Brussels after a rite of passage which opened a new cycle of his life, starting his own business, as HR & People Development Director at IANUS Group and Co-founder & Board member at Engaging Society for Sustainability (ES4S).
He develops his actions in three different and systemically interconnected fields:
Human; supporting the transformation of the culture and the internal processes of public and private companies, through strategic consulting, learning development plans, training, coaching, and assisting the HR departments (talent management, performance review, reward systems, DEI, recruiting and selection).
Nature; carrying out projects and research, mainly on education, mobility, and tourism. Planting trees and long-distance walking (for. example Genoa-Marseille through the mountains).
Art; playing theatre since the age of three around the world and writing essays, poems, and travelogues.
